Join us for an immersive education program designed to empower moms-to-be with all the education and support they need to create a birth experience that is tailored to their needs and desires. Learn what to TRULY expect during all stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum. Plus, learn tips like when to go to the hospital, newborn care, and breastfeeding basics. Additionally, a bonus workshop will allow clients to work with our birth specialists to create a custom birth plan. Class begins promptly at 9am and ends at 2pm. A lunch break will be offered from 12-1. Pre registration is required.
